How to Order (3 Simple Steps)

1. Check with your hotel: Before ordering, please confirm they can accept and hold packages for you.
2. Order 14 days early: Payment and order must be completed at least 14 business days before your arrival (excluding weekends/Japanese holidays).
3. Send your details: After ordering, please contact us via our inquiry form with your Order Number and the details below. (Your data is secure and used only for hotel verification.)

• Hotel Name & Address
• Hotel Phone Number
• Stay Dates (Check-in & Check-out)
• Preferred Delivery Date

Important Notes:

• We may contact your hotel to verify your stay. If unverified, or if the hotel cannot receive packages, your order may be canceled.
• Deliveries may be delayed by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
